Amber was staying with a relative until the relationship became toxic and she decided to leave. She slept outside for a few days before coming to Cherry Street.
“The people at Sparrow’s Nest are really, really sweet. They talk to me, they explain things and they take the time”.
She removed her hat to show off the shock of hair she bleached to white.
“The people at Cherry Street respect me as an individual and aren’t judging me because I like to be different.”
We want every human to be the best they can be: restored, redeemed, and ready for life.
Your support is directly impacting the life of people like Amber as she transitions from unstable housing to independent living.
